Swedish energy companies contribute to a more sustainable property market in New York

Swedish small and medium-sized enterprises now have the opportunity to introduce their solutions to the New York property market. Apply for the new Skyline programme and contribute to the transition of New York’s property portfolio. The deadline for applications is 22 March.

The Swedish Energy Agency and the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce in New York (SACCNY) are now launching a new tailor-made programme – Skyline. It is aimed at Swedish small and medium-sized enterprises that have energy and climate-related products and solutions in the real estate and PropTech sector and want to enter the American market.  

The programme aims to provide participating companies with information and knowledge to effectively establish themselves in the American market. The companies will receive assistance in establishing contact with significant players and potential customers in the real estate sector, as well as opportunities for financing. The players in question are leading real estate investors, property owners, and property developers in both the Swedish and American markets.
